NOTES:

PAYMENT TERMS: After remitting the payment, please fax us your bank slip to +86 21 5155 0757. After receiving payment, formal invoice will be issued and given to the participating company on the spot. Your place at the event is not secure until payment has been received and is subject to cancellation if no payment has been received by the start of the event.

PROGRAMME CHANGE POLICY: Please note the speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing; however, circumstances beyond the control of the organizers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and topics.

ACCOMMODATION: Hotel accommodation and travel cost are not included in the registration fee. A reduced corporate room rate will be offered at the hotel of this event. To take advantage of this special rate, please process the hotel room reservation form which will be sent to you about 1 month before the forum commences.

SIMULTANEOUS INTERPRETATION: (from Mandarin to English and vice versa) for the entire two-day event will be provided by a professional team of translators.

CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTIONS: Any cancellation that is received after the 31st of January and before 29th of February 2008 will bear 50% of the full liability. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after 29th of February 2008. Substitutions are welcome at any time.
